Has a fresh install of W8 which new owner should be able to upgrade to 8.1 system showing OEM key install so you may not need to purchase a key but I can't guarantee it. (Hard drive was wiped prior to new install)
Netbook comes with external mouse, external R/W CD/DVD with Blueray player, TP-Link wifi boost and external speaker. Will also include Green tote bag which is water resistant. Never had the need for the wifi boost but got it just in case.
This was not my main PC only used few dozen times Netbook is in excellent condition. Great for school or personal use.
